CD31 Recombinant Protein

CD31（血小板內皮細胞粘附分子-1：Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, PECAM-1）是細胞粘附分子( cell adhesion molecules) Ig 超家族的成員，由循環血小板(circulating platelets)、單核細胞(monocytes)、嗜中性粒細胞(neutrophils)、一些 T 細胞和內皮細胞表達( endothelial cells)，並調節細胞粘附(cell adhesion)、內皮細胞遷移(endothelial cell migration)和血管生成(angiogenesis)。在各種刺激（例如機械或氧化應激）下，CD31 在細胞質羧基末端尾部的 Tyr686 上被磷酸化，推測是由 Src 家族成員引起的。酪氨酸磷酸化( tyrosine phosphorylation )介導與許多包含 SH2 結構域的結合夥伴的關聯，例如 PI3 激酶( PI3 kinase)、SHIP、PLCγ 和 SHP-2。因此，CD31 充當各種信號分子的scaffold 。
