神經細胞粘附分子 L1 (Neural cell adhesion molecule L1 , NCAM-L1/L1CAM) 是免疫球蛋白超家族的單次跨膜糖蛋白成員(transmembrane glycoprotein member)，包含六個氨基末端細胞外 Ig 樣結構域，然後是五個纖連蛋白 III 型結構域。 NCAM-L1 主要在大腦中表達，在神經系統發育中發揮重要作用，參與神經突束化和生長、髓鞘形成、神經元遷移和神經元細胞粘附。 NCAM-L1 基因的突變會導致不同程度的神經系統疾病，包括 X 連鎖腦積水(X-linked hydrocephalus)、MASA 綜合徵(MASA syndrome)、1 型痙攣性截癱( spastic paraplegia type 1)和 X 連鎖胼胝體發育不全(X-linked corpus callosum agenesis)，統稱為 L1 綜合徵( L1 syndrome)。除神經系統外，NCAM-L1 在許多癌症中過度表達，並通過促進侵襲性腫瘤生長、轉移(metastasis)和化學抗性( chemoresistance)來支持不良預後。
