SARS-CoV中和型抗體hmAb(SARS-CoV-neutralizing hmAbs) 可與SARS-CoV S糖蛋白結合(SARS-CoV S glycoprotein)，並抑制該糖蛋白與人ACE2的結合。S227進行了預防性測試，在感染了致命劑量的SARS-CoV（106 PFU）Urbani，GZ02和HC / SZ / 61/03 的12個月小鼠(olb BALB / c)中，分別以10和1 mg / kg的劑量對S227進行了預防性測試。所有經S227處理的動物均在第5天恢復。SARS-CoV-neutralizing hmAbs, binds to SARS-CoV S glycoprotein, inhibiting the binding of the glycoprotein to human ACE2. 抗體介紹: SARS-CoV中和型抗體hmAb(SARS-CoV-neutralizing hmAbs)對SARS-CoV S glycoprotein具特異性 (Specificity)。 免疫原(Immunogen): 由SARS康復之病人永生表達IgG的B細胞製成。抗體經由Protein A純化，溶於PBS 含有 0.02% Proclin 300。濃度為1 mg/ml.
