抗viral antigens重組抗體

This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody, rJ2, is useful for detecting double stranded RNA of greater than 40 bp in length which is generated during the replication of positive sense genome viruses. It works with HCV, rhinovirus, dengue virus, and others. Immunogen: The original J2 antibody was raised by immunising mice with L-dsRNA.
Specificity: This antibody binds to dsRNA > 40 bp in length.
