TIGIT [1B4] 抗體 | Anti-TIGIT [1B4], Mouse IgG1, Lambda貨號Ab01258-1.1
抗體介紹: TIGIT [1B4] 抗體對TIGIT的結合特異性 (Specificity)。已通過ELISA分析(ELISA analysis) 和使用TIGIT和活化的小鼠脾細胞的流式細胞術證實(flow cytometry)(Dixon等,2018)。 TIGIT抗體具有特異性染色活化的原代野生型T細胞 (primary wild-type T cells)(Dixon等,2018)。 TIGIT抗體完全阻斷CD155與TIGIT的結合,並在體內充當TIGIT阻斷抗體(blocking antibody)。Administration of this antibody increases experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) severity,並確定已建立的MC38結腸癌(colon carcinoma)和GL261膠質母細胞瘤生長(Dixon等,2018)。 該抗體與抗PD-1阻斷抗體協同作用,以在結腸癌模型中實現完全tumour regression(Dixon等,2018)。 原始小鼠IgG1抗體在體內不耗盡TIGIT表達的CD4 +或CD8 + T細胞,也不影響體外T細胞增殖(Dixon等,2018)。此抗體可應用於Blocking, ELISA, FC等實驗。Alternative Name(s) of Target: Ig細胞和ITIM結構域; 具有Ig和ITIM結構域的T細胞免疫受體; V-set和含跨膜結構域的蛋白3; VSTM3免疫原(Immunogen: 通過用鼠重組TIGIT四聚體免疫TIGIT – / – 小鼠來產生該抗體。
