Biovision Cell Proliferation 細胞增生分析套組

細胞中粒腺體脫氫酶與tetrazolium salt WST會反應形成formazan。增生的活細胞會使粒腺體脫氫酶活性增加，加速formazan形成，並於波長440nm處偵測formazan的讀值。
