\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> \u805a\uff08ADP-\u6838\u7cd6\uff09\u805a\u5408\u9176\uff08PARP\uff09\u662f\u76f8\u95dc\u9176\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u5176\u50ac\u5316ADP-\u6838\u7cd6\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u9776\u86cb\u767d\u4e0a\u3002\u901a\u904e\u805a\uff08ADP-\u6838\u7cd6\uff09\u7cd6\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff08PARG\uff09\u7684PAR\u5408\u6210\u548c\u96a8\u5f8c\u7684\u964d\u89e3DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u816b\u7624\u5728\u540c\u6e90\u91cd\u7d44\u4fee\u5fa9\u4e2d\u6709\u7f3a\u9677\u4e26\u4e14\u4f9d\u8cf4\u65bcPARP\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684DNA\u4fee\u5fa9\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5b58\u6d3b\u7684\u767c\u73fePARP\u548cPARG\u4f5c\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u9776\u6a19\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u7aef\u7c92\u91761\uff08PARP 5a\uff09\u5728\u7aef\u7c92\u4f38\u9577\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6f5b\u5728\u7684PARP\uff0cPARG\u548c\u963b\u805a\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684\u7be9\u9078\u5de5\u5177\u5c0d\u85e5\u7269\u767c\u73fe\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002Trevigen\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d14\u5316\u9176\uff0c\u6297\u9ad4\u548c\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6e2c\u91cfPARP 1\uff0c\u963b\u805a\u91761\uff0cPARG\u548cPAR\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6e2c\u5b9a\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u65bc\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7be9\u9078\uff0c\u6f5b\u5728\u7684PARP\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684IC 50\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u6216\u5916\u5468\u8840\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u9ad4\u5167\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cPARP 1\u548cPAR\u7684\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u548c\u591a\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u53ef\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7d20\u5316NAD +\u3002<\/p>\n
