DNA ladders were extracted from 2 x 106<\/sup>\u00a0Jurkat cells were treated with 2 \u03bcM Camptothecin. The kit extracts laddered DNA only but\u00a0not\u00a0intact genomic DNA; therefore, more cells can be extracted and load on the agarose gel.
