Add 100 ml ethanol (96-100%) to W2 Buffer prior to the initial use. 2. When the sample is low-copy(&lt;10,000 copies), addition 1\u00b5l of aqueous solution Carrier DNA (10\u00b5g\/\u00b5l) to 300\u00b5l NB Buffer before use. 3. Additional requirements: Microcentrifuge tube Ethano (96-100\uff05) RNase A (50mg\/ml) PBS buffer<\/p>\n<p>Bacterial Protocol 1. Add 100 ml ethanol (96-100\uff05) to W2 Buffer prior to the initial use. 2. Additional requirements: Lysozyme Buffer (20mg\/ml lysozyme; 20 mM Tris-HCI, 2mM EDTA, 1% Triton X-100, pH 8.0) for Gram-Positive Bacteria Sample. Prepare the lysozyme buffer fresh immediately prior to use.
