D-Dimer \u662f FDP \u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\uff0c\u5c08\u6307 fibrin \u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u5f8c\u7684\u7247\u65b7\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u4fdd\u7559\u6709\u7e96\u7dad\u86cb\u767d\u55ae\u9ad4 (fibrin monomer) \u4e2d gamma chain \u7684\u4ea4\u932f\u5206\u5b50\u7d50\u69cb (cross-linked)\u3002\u6b64\u4ea4\u932f\u9023\u7d50\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u50c5\u5728 fibrin \u4e2d\u624d\u6709\uff0cfibrinogen \u4e2d\u7121\u6b64\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64 D-Dimer \u53ef\u8aaa\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u7531 fibrin \u5206\u89e3\u5f8c\u7684\u7522\u7269 (FDP \u5247\u662f\u6307 fibrin \u53ca fibrinogen \u4e8c\u8005\u88ab plasmin \u5206\u89e3\u7684\u7522\u7269)\u3002<\/p>\n
