Assay procedure summary of the ELISA Kit for CGRP<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;
\n2. Add 50\u00b5L standard or sample to each well.
\nAnd then add 50\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent A immediately.
\nShake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37\u00b0C;
