Assay procedure summary of the ELISA Kit for PDE5A<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;
\n2. Add 100\u00b5L standard or sample to each well. Incubate 1 hours at 37\u00b0C;
\n3. Aspirate and add 100\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent A. Incubate 1 hour at 37\u00b0C;
\n4. Aspirate and wash 3 times;
