\u548c 3&#8242; \u7aef\uff08\u7279\u5225\u662f\u8cea\u7c92\u7684 5&#8242; \u7aef\uff09\u7684\u53bb\u78f7\u9178\u5316\uff08\u812b\u78f7\u9178\u5316\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u8cea\u7c92\u81ea\u9023\u63a5\u3002\u785d\u57fa\u85cd\uff085-\u6eb4-4-\u6c2f-3-\u5432\u54da\u57fa\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\uff0cBCIP\uff09\u662f\u9e7c\u6027\u78f7\u9178\u9176(alkaline phosphatase)\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5e95\u7269\u7d44\u5408\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u800c\u785d\u57fa\u85cd\u56db\u5511\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\uff08NBT\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6df1\u85cd\u8272\u7121\u5b9a\u5f62\u5fae\u6eb6\u6027\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u5728\u9e7c\u6027\u78f7\u9178\u9176(alkaline phosphatase)\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u200b\u200b\u4e0b\uff0cBCIP \u6c34\u89e3\u751f\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u5f37\u53cd\u61c9\u6027\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u8a72\u7522\u7269\u8207 NBT \u53cd\u61c9\u751f\u6210\u4e0d\u6eb6\u6027\u7684\u6df1\u85cd\u8272\u81f3\u85cd\u7d2b\u8272\u5316\u5408\u7269 NBT-\u7532\u81e2\u3002\u6b64\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u984f\u8272\u9bae\u8c54\uff0c\u76ee\u6e2c\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u9ad8\uff0c\u5728\u5149\u7167\u4e0b\u4e0d\u6703\u892a\u8272\u3002\u672c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b78\u5c64\u6790(immunohistochemical chromography)\u3001Western \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u819c\u986f\u8272\u6cd5(membrane chromogenic)\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a98\u5c0e\u6027\u591a\u80fd\u5e79\u7d30\u80deiPS\u7684\u9451\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2025\/08\/3-ALP-AKP%E9%B9%BC%E6%80%A7%E7%A3%B7%E9%85%B8%E9%85%B6%E9%A1%AF%E8%89%B2%E8%A9%A6%E5%8A%91%E7%9B%92-APExBIO%E8%B2%A8%E8%99%9F-K4151.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1. \u6a23\u672c\u8655\u7406 &#8211; BCIP\/NBT\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\u7684\u914d\u88fd<br \/>\n\u5c071 mL NBT\u548c1 mL BCIP\u5206\u5225\u6eb6\u65bc100 mL\u914d\u88fd\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\u4e2d\u3002\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u5efa\u8b70\u4f9d\u5be6\u969b\u7528\u91cf\u9032\u884c\u914d\u88fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. \u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9<br \/>\n\u6b65\u9a5f1\uff1a\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6b21\u6d17\u6ecc\u5f8c\uff0c\u68c4\u53bb\u6d17\u6ecc\u6db2\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u9069\u91cfBCIP\/NBT\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6a23\u672c\u5145\u5206\u8986\u84cb\u3002\u5ba4\u6eab\u907f\u5149\u5b75\u80b21~5\u5206\u9418\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u986f\u8272\u81f3\u9810\u671f\u6df1\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4. \u7d42\u6b62\u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9<br \/>\n\u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u68c4\u53bbBCIP\/NBT\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7528\u84b8\u993e\u6c34\u6d17\u6ecc1-2\u6b21\uff0c\u6216\u75281%\u51b0\u918b\u9178\u6c96\u6d17\u4f86\u7d42\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>5. \u5f8c\u8655\u7406<br \/>\n\u5c07\u819c\uff08\u5982PVDF\u819c\u7b49\uff09\u98a8\u4e7e\u5f8c\uff0c\u7f6e\u65bc\u5851\u81a0\u5957\u4e2d\u907f\u5149\u4fdd\u5b58\u3002\u8a3b\uff1a\u4e7e\u819c\u53ef\u7f6e\u65bc\u5169\u5f35\u8f49\u5370\u7d19\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5851\u81a0\u5957\u4e2d\uff0c\u65bc2-8\u00b0C\u4fdd\u5b58\u3002<br
