IBMX is a widely-used non-specific inhibitor of phosphodiesterase (PDE) with IC50 values of 6.5\u00b11.2, 26.3\u00b13.9 and 31.7\u00b15.3 \u03bcM for PDE3, 4 and 5 respectively[1].<\/p>\n
