\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene) \u57fa\u56e0\u8f49\u67d3\u589e\u5f37\u5291\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u6548\u7387\u3002\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u6eb4\u5316\u5df1\u4e8c\u7532\u92a8(Hexadimethrine Bromide)\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u805a\u967d\u96e2\u5b50\u805a\u5408\u7269(polycationic polymer)\uff0c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ecb\u5c0e(retrovirus-mediated )\u6216\u6162\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8f49\u67d3(lentivirus-mediated gene transfection)\u3002\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u8f49\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e2d\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u9178(cell surface acid )\u548c\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92(viral particles) \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u975c\u96fb\u6392\u65a5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u65bcDNA\u8f49\u67d3\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u8102\u8cea\u9ad4\u7684\u8f49\u67d3\u6548\u7387\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6297\u809d\u7d20\u5291(anti-heparin agent)\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u7522\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u51dd\u96c6\u7d05\u8840\u7403(non-specific agglutinated red blood cells)\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5b9a\u5e8f\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u80dc\u80bd\u964d\u89e3\u3002\u5728PVDF\u819c\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0Polybrene\u4e5f\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u819c\u7684\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u3002\u672c\u7522\u54c1\u4ee5 10 mg\/mL \u539f\u6db2\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u6eb6\u65bc 0.9% NaCl\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93 0.22 \u03bcM \u904e\u6ffe\u5668\u9664\u83cc\u3002\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u67d0\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6709\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u6cbb\u7642\uff08> 12 \u5c0f\u6642\uff09\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u67d0\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6709\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5efa\u8b70\u9996\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\u9032\u884c\u6bd2\u6027\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002Polybrene \u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5de5\u4f5c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6839\u64da\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u63a8\u85a6\u5de5\u4f5c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u70ba2-10 \u03bcg\/mL\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u70ba5-8 \u03bcg\/mL\u3002<\/p>\n
