GSH and GSSG Assay Kit, This kit is a simple and easy-to-use detection kit that can separately detect the contents of reduced glutathione GSH and oxidized glutathione GSSG.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7c21\u55ae\u6613\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u53ef\u5206\u5225\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9084\u539f\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bdGSH\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bdGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd(Glutathione)\u662f\u7531\u4e09\u500b\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u6b98\u57fa(three amino acid residues)\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u77ed\u80dc\u80bd(small peptide)\uff0c\u5168\u540d\u8c37\u6c28\u9170-\u534a\u80f1\u6c28\u9178-\u7518\u6c28\u9178( Glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine)\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u534a\u80f1\u80fa\u9178(cysteine)\u4e0a\u7684\u786b\u9187\u57fa\uff08thiol group, -SH\uff09\u662f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd( glutathione)\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u57fa\u5718\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e38\u7e2e\u5beb\u70baG-SH\u6216GSH\u3002\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u5305\u62ec\u5169\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\uff1a\u6c27\u5316\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Oxidized glutathione disulfide\uff09\u548c\u9084\u539f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Reduced glutathione\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7a31\u70baGSH\uff09\u3002\u6c27\u5316\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Oxidized glutathione disulfide\uff09\u662f\u7531\u5169\u500bGSH\u5206\u5b50\u7d93\u7531\u786b\u9187\u57fa\u5718\u812b\u6c2b\u5f62\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7e2e\u5beb\u70baG-S-S-G\u6216GSSG\u3002\u9084\u539f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Reduced glutathione\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7a31\u70baGSH\uff09\u662f\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u786b\u9187\u57fa\u5718\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u5c0d\u7dad\u6301\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e2d\u786b\u9187\u57fa\u5718\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u72c0\u614b\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u7684 90-95% \u662f\u9084\u539f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd(Total Glutathione) \u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u9084\u539f\u9176\u5c07\u6c27\u5316\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Oxidized glutathione disulfide, GSSG\uff09\u9084\u539f\u70ba\u9084\u539f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Reduced glutathione, GSH\uff09\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u9084\u539f\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08Reduced glutathione, GSH\uff09\u8207\u9aee\u8272\u5e95\u7269 DTNB \u53cd\u61c9\u751f\u6210\u9ec3\u8272\u7684 TNB\u3002\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd(Total Glutathione)\u7684\u91cf\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e86\u9ec3\u8272TNB\u7684\u751f\u6210\u91cf\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6aa2\u6e2cA412\u8655\u7684\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u5373\u53ef\u5f97\u5230\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u7684\u91cf\u3002\u9996\u5148\u4ee5\u9069\u7576\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u9664\u53bb\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u7684GSH\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5229\u7528\u4e0a\u8ff0\u53cd\u61c9\u539f\u7406\u5373\u53ef\u6e2c\u5b9aGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u5f9e\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u7e3d\u91cf\uff08GSSG+GSH\uff09\u6e1b\u53bbGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u8a08\u7b97\u51faGSH\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u672c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7c21\u55ae\u6613\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u53ef\u5206\u5225\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9084\u539f\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bdGSH\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bdGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u8840\u6f3f\u3001\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u3001\u57f9\u990a\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9069\u7576\u6a23\u672c\u4e2dGSH\u548cGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6975\u9650\u70ba0.5\u03bcM\u3002\u4e00\u5957\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u7e3d\u5171\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u884c100\u6b21\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e2c\u5b9a100\u500b\u6a23\u672c\u7684\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u6216GSSG\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u6216\u53ef\u6e2c\u5b9a50\u500b\u6a23\u672c\u4e2dGSH\u548cGSSG\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n
