DAB Horseradish Peroxidase Color Development Kit<\/p>\n

This kit is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate detection kit that can be used for immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridisation, protein blotting, spot blotting and other experiments.<\/p>\n

DAB\uff08Diaminobenzidine, 3,3′-\u4e8c\u6c28\u57fa\u806f\u82ef\u80fa (3,3′-diaminobenzidine)\uff0cDAB\uff09\u662f\u8fa3\u6839\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08horseradish peroxidase, HRP\uff09\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u986f\u8272\u5e95\u7269\uff0c\u4f5c\u70baHRP\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u4f9b\u9ad4( HRP electron donor)\uff0c\u5728\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b(presence of hydrogen peroxide)\u5b58\u5728\u4e0b\u5931\u53bb\u96fb\u5b50\uff0c\u8fc5\u901f\u8b8a\u8272\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u805a\u5408\u7b49\u53cd\u61c9\u5f62\u6210\u4e0d\u6eb6\u6027\u7684\u68d5\u8272(insoluble brown)\u6216\u7425\u73c0\u8272\u9846\u7c92(amber particles)\uff0c\u4e26\u539f\u4f4d\u6c89\u964d\u3002\u6b64\u68d5\u8272\u6c89\u6fb1\u4e0d\u6eb6\u65bc\u6c34\u548c\u4e59\u9187(ethanol)\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728DAB\u986f\u8272\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u6eb6\u65bc\u4e59\u9187\u7684\u67d3\u6599\u9032\u884c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u67d3\u8272\u3002\u672c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u70ba\u8fa3\u6839\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08HRP\uff09\u5e95\u7269\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b78(immunohistochemistry)\u3001\u539f\u4f4d\u96dc\u4ea4(in situ hybridisation)\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u5370\u8de1(spot blotting)\u3001\u6591\u9ede\u5370\u8de1(spot blotting)\u7b49\u5be6\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c0d\u65bc\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247(tissue sections)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u6a23\u672c(cell samples )\u6216\u819c\uff0c\u8207HRP\u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u5b75\u80b2\u5f8c\u6297\u9ad4(horseradish peroxidase-labeled antibodies )\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u63a2\u91dd\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6d17\u6ecc\u6eb6\u6db2\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21 3-5 \u5206\u9418\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u7d44\u7e54\u6216\u7d30\u80de\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5167\u6e90\u6027HRP (endogenous horseradish peroxidase) \u7684\u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u6a23\u54c1\u56fa\u5b9a\u5f8c\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u7528\u6e05\u6c34\u6e05\u6d173-5\u6b21\u3002\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6d17\u6ecc\u6db2\u6bcf\u6b21 3-5 \u5206\u9418\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
