FITC has the characteristics of high absorptivity and excellent fluorescence quantum yield. The isothiocyanate group of FITC can be combined with amino, sulfhydryl, imidazole, tyrosyl, carbonyl and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medchemexpress.com\/Targets\/radionuclide-drug-conjugates-rdcs\/other.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">other<\/a>\u00a0groups on the protein, so as to achieve protein labeling including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medchemexpress.com\/antibodies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">antibodies<\/a>\u00a0and lectins. In addition to its use as a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medchemexpress.com\/kits\/protein-marker.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protein marker<\/a>, FITC can also be used as a fluorescent protein tracer to rapidly identify pathogens by labeling\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medchemexpress.com\/antibodies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">antibodies<\/a>, or for microsequencing of proteins and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medchemexpress.com\/peptides.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peptides<\/a>\u00a0(HPLC). The maximum excitation wavelength of FITC is 494 nm. Once excited, it fluoresces yellow-green at a maximum emission wavelength of 520 nm. In addition, FITC is also a hapten that can induce contact hypersensitivity (CHS) and induce an atopic dermatitis model.<\/p>\n<p>FITC\uff08\u7570\u786b\u6c30\u9178\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\uff09\u662f\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\u884d\u751f\u7269(green fluorescein derivatives)\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 FITC\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5438\u6536\u7387\u548c\u512a\u7570\u7684\u87a2\u5149\u91cf\u5b50\u7522\u7387\u7684\u7279\u6027\u3002 FITC\u7684\u7570\u786b\u6c30\u9178\u916f\u57fa\u5718\u53ef\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e0a\u7684\u6c28\u57fa\u3001\u5df0\u57fa\u3001\u54aa\u5511\u57fa\u3001\u916a\u80fa\u9178\u57fa\u3001\u7fb0\u57fa\u7b49\u57fa\u5718\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u5305\u62ec\u6297\u9ad4\u3001\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20\u5728\u5167\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u8a18\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u7528\u4f5c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u8a18\u7269\u5916\uff0cFITC \u9084\u53ef\u7528\u4f5c\u87a2\u5149\u86cb\u767d\u793a\u8e64\u5291\uff0c\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u6a19\u8a18\u6297\u9ad4\u5feb\u901f\u8b58\u5225\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\uff0c\u6216\u7528\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u548c\u80dc\u80bd\u7684\u5fae\u5b9a\u5e8f (HPLC)\u3002 FITC \u7684\u6700\u5927\u6fc0\u767c\u6ce2\u9577\u70ba 494 nm\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u6fc0\u767c\uff0c\u5b83\u6703\u767c\u51fa\u9ec3\u7da0\u8272\u87a2\u5149\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u767c\u5c04\u6ce2\u9577\u70ba 520 nm\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cFITC\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u534a\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a98\u767c\u63a5\u89f8\u6027\u8d85\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\uff08CHS\uff09\uff0c\u8a98\u767c\u7570\u4f4d\u6027\u76ae\u819a\u708e\u6a21\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>For research use only. Dissolve FITC in dimethyl sulfoxideab and add to the above mixture and shaked in the dark overnight.<br \/>\n3. The final FITC-labeled nanocomposite is obtained by lyophilization.<br \/>\n4. Wash nanocomposites for five times with PBS to remove excess FITC.<br \/>\n3. Testing cells are seeded into a 6-well microplate at a density of 105\/well and cultured overnight at 37\u00b0C in 5% CO2.<br \/>\n4. Change the culture medium with as-prepared medium containing nanocomposite-FITC. After coincubation for 1, 2, 4, and 8 h, testing cells are rinsed three times with PBS.<br \/>\n5.
