IGF I\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u6a5f\u68b0\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50(mechano growth factor)\uff0c\u751f\u9577\u6fc0\u7d20-C(somatomedin-C)\uff0cIGF-I\u548cIGF1\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea(secreted protein)\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u5bb6\u65cf(insulin family)\u3002IGF\u6216somatomedins\u69cb\u6210\u4e00\u985e\u591a\u80bd\uff0c\u5728\u9752\u6625\u671f\u524d\u7684\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u751f\u9577\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 IGF-I\u7684\u8868\u9054\u53d7GH\u8abf\u7bc0\u4e26\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7522\u5f8c\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u800cIGF-II\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u7531\u80ce\u76e4\u50ac\u4e73\u7d20\u5728\u7522\u524d\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8a98\u5c0e\u7684\u3002 IGF1 \/ IGF-1\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6210\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d[1-14C] -2-\u812b\u6c27D-\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\uff082DG\uff09\u8f49\u904b\u548c\u7cd6\u539f\u5408\u6210\u7684\u751f\u7406\u8abf\u7bc0\u5291\u3002 IGF1 \/ IGF-I\u523a\u6fc0\u5927\u9f20\u9aa8\u9abc\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u6210\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de\uff08rat bone-derived osteoblastic , PyMS\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u8f49\u904b\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u6bd4\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u4f4e\u5f97\u591a\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4e0b\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u7cd6\u539f\u548cDNA\u5408\u6210\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u5438\u6536\u65b9\u9762\u3002 IGF1 \/ IGF-I\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u662f\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u6a23\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50I\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\uff08IGF1 deficiency , IGF1\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\uff09\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u6a23\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50I\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u96b1\u6027\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5fb5\u5728\u65bc\u751f\u9577\u767c\u80b2\u9072\u7de9 (growth retardation)\uff0c\u611f\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u6027\u807e(sensorineural deafness) \u548c\u667a\u529b\u4f4e\u4e0b(mental retardation)\u3002<\/p>\n
