\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u4e26\u5f9e\u4f4d\u65bc\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u7e3d\u90e8\u8a2d\u8a08\u958b\u767c\u3001\u751f\u7522\u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u812b\u6c34\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u800c\u4eab\u8b7d\u570b\u969b\u3002Neogen \u5fae\u751f\u7269\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u3001\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u6dfb\u52a0\u7269\u53ca\u8a3a\u65b7\u7522\u54c1\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\u65b9\u9762\u7686\u901a\u904e ISO 9001:2015 \u53ca ISO 13485:2016 \u8a8d\u8b49\u3002Neogen \u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u4e26\u5f9e\u4f4d\u65bc\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u7e3d\u90e8\u8a2d\u8a08\u958b\u767c\u3001\u751f\u7522\u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u812b\u6c34\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u800c\u4eab\u8b7d\u570b\u969b\u64c7 HP Compliant \u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u4f7f\u7528\u7b26\u5408\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u6b50\u6d32\u85e5\u5178\uff0cUSP \u4ee5\u53ca\u65e5\u672c\u85e5\u5c40\u65b9\u5c0d\u914d\u65b9\u8207\u6548\u80fd\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u7522\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u8207\u901a\u904e\u5b89\u5168\u6e96\u5247\u7684\u628a\u95dc\u3002\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u88fd\u85e5\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u8209\u51e1\u85e5\u7269\u751f\u7522\u3001\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u3001\u6d88\u6bd2\u5291\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u7522\u54c1\u5230\u5c08\u696d\u5408\u7d04\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u90fd\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u53e6\u6709\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u8f14\u52a9\u6027\u57f9\u990a\u57fa \u7528\u65bc\u5206\u96e2\u548c\u5340\u5206\u8178\u9053\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4(enteric pathogens)\u3002 \u6d77\u514b\u9813\u8178\u5167\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u57fa (Hektoen Enteric Agar, HE Agar ) \u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u75be\u75c5\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u75c5\u75c7\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u3002\u6d77\u514b\u9813\u8178\u5167\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u57fa (Hektoen Enteric Agar, HE Agar ) \u7531 King \u548c Metzger \u65bc 1967 \u5e74\u958b\u767c\u3002\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u8178\u6eb6\u5206\u5316\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6d77\u514b\u9813\u8178\u5167\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u57fa (Hektoen Enteric Agar, HE Agar ) \u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6c99\u9580\u6c0f\u83cc(Salmonella spp.)\u7684\u5206\u96e2\u7387\u548c\u5fd7\u8cc0\u6c0f\u83cc\u5c6c(Shigella spp. )\u3002\u9019\u662f\u900f\u904e\u589e\u52a0\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u4e2d\u7684\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8156\u542b\u91cf\u4ee5\u62b5\u6d88\u81bd\u9e7d\u548c\u6307\u793a\u5291\u7684\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u4f86\u5be6\u73fe\u7684\u3002 King \u548c Metzger \u914d\u88fd\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f15\u5fae\u6291\u5236\u6c99\u9580\u6c0f\u83cc(Salmonella spp.)\u548c\u5fd7\u8cc0\u6c0f\u83cc\u5c6c(Shigella spp. )\u7684\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6291\u5236\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u967d\u6027\u5fae\u751f\u7269( Gram-positive microorganisms)\u3002\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u6d88\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u751f\u9577\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6c2e( nitrogen)\u3001\u78b3(carbon)\u548c\u80fa\u57fa\u9178(amino acids)\u3002\u9175\u6bcd\u8403\u53d6\u7269(Yeast Extract)\u662f\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u4f86\u6e90\u3002\u81bd\u9e7d\u6df7\u5408\u7269(Bile Salts Mixture )\u548c\u9178\u6027\u54c1\u7d05( Acid Fuchsin )\u6291\u5236\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u967d\u6027\u751f\u7269\u3002\u4e73\u7cd6(Lactose)\u3001\u8517\u7cd6(Sucrose)\u548c\u6c34\u694a\u82f7\u662f\u53ef\u767c\u9175\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u6c2f\u5316\u9209\u7dad\u6301\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u6ef2\u900f\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u6ab8\u6aac\u9178\u9435\u92a8\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9435\u6e90\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u786b\u4ee3\u786b\u9178\u9209\u7522\u751f\u7684\u786b\u5316\u6c2b (H2S)\u3002 H2S \u967d\u6027\u83cc\u843d\u5177\u6709\u9ed1\u8272\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u6dfb\u52a0\u6eb4\u767e\u91cc\u915a\u85cd\u4f5c\u70ba pH \u6307\u793a\u5291\u3002\u74ca\u8102\u662f\u56fa\u5316\u5291\u3002\u8a3b\u89e3: Harmonised Pharmacopoeia ( \u5354\u548c\u85e5\u5178 \/ HP) \u662f\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7d04\u675f\u4e4b\u85e5\u54c1\u751f\u7522\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\u7684\u96c6\u5408\u3002\u800c HP \u6e90\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u3001\u6b50\u6d32\u53ca\u65e5\u672c\u4e09\u5340\u7684\u85e5\u5178
