INNO \u548c INNO-M\u3002INNO \u5fae\u91cf\u5b54\u76e4\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u8a08\/\u5168\u6ce2\u9577\u9175\u7d20\u514d\u75ab\u5206\u6790\u5100 (200~999nm)\u3002\u53ef\u5075\u6e2c\u6ce2\u9577\u7bc4\u570d 200 ~ 999nm \uff0c\u589e\u91cf\u70ba 1nm\u3002 \u6ce2\u9577\u9078\u64c7\u55ae\u8272\u5100(Wavelength selection monochromator)\u3002 \u6c19\u6c23\u9583\u5149\u71c8 (Xenon flash lamp) \u5177\u6709\u534a\u6c38\u4e45\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u3002INNO-M \u96d9\u529f\u80fd\u5fae\u91cf\u5b54\u76e4\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u8a08\u548c\u51b7\u5149\u5100(Luminescence)\u3002\u00a0 \u53ef\u5075\u6e2c\u6ce2\u9577\u7bc4\u570d200 ~ 999nm\uff0c\u589e\u91cf\u70ba 1000nm \u7684\u6ce2\u9577\u3002<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u80fd\u5920\u8b80\u53d6 6 ~ 384 \u5b54\u7684\u5fae\u5b54\u677f\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 200 ~ 999nm\u8207\u6ffe\u7247\u5f0f\u9175\u7d20\u514d\u75ab\u5206\u6790\u5100\u4e0d\u540c\uff0cINNO &amp;INNO-M
