B\u00f8yum (1968) \u4f7f\u7528 Metrizoate \u548c\u591a\u91a3\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e00\u6b65\u5f0f\u96e2\u5fc3\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5f9e\u5ba4\u6eab\u4e0b\u4fdd\u5b58\u9577\u9054 6 \u5c0f\u6642\u7684\u6297\u51dd\u8840\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u3002Lymphoprep\u2122\u53ef\u7a69\u5b9a\u4fdd\u5b58 3 \/><\/p>\n<p>1. \u5c07\u8840\u6db2\u6536\u96c6\u5230\u542b\u6709\u6297\u51dd\u8840\u5291 (EDTA, heparin, ACD)\u7684\u8a66\u7ba1\u4e2d\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u53bb\u7e96\u7dad\u8840\u6db2(defibrinated blood)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. \u52a0\u5165\u7b49\u9ad4\u7a4d ( 1:1 \u7a00\u91cb ) \u7684 0.9% NaCl \u7a00\u91cb\u8840\u6db2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. \u5c0f\u5fc3\u5730\u5c07 6 ml \u7a00\u91cb\u8840\u6db2\u7f6e\u65bc 12\u201315 mm \u96e2\u5fc3\u7ba1\u4e2d\u7684 3 ml Lymphoprep\u2122 \u4e0a\u3002\u6216\u8005\uff0cLymphoprep\u2122 \u53ef\u4ee5\u92ea\u5728\u5e95\u5c64\u3002\u518d\u5c07 6 ml \u7a00\u91cb\u5f8c\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u6a23\u672c\u52a0\u81f3\u4e0a\u5c64\u3002<br \/>\n\u907f\u514d\u8840\u6db2\u548c\u5206\u96e2\u6db2\u6df7\u5408\u3002\u84cb\u4f4f\u7ba1\u5b50\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u5f62\u6210\u6c23\u6eb6\u81a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4. \u5728\u5ba4\u6eab\uff08\u7d04 20 \u00b0C\uff09\u4e0b\uff0c 800 x g \u96e2\u5fc3 20 \u5206\u9418\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8840\u6db2\u4fdd\u5b58\u6642\u9593\u8d85\u904e2\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u8acb\u5c07\u96e2\u5fc3\u6642\u9593\u589e\u52a0\u81f330\u5206\u9418\u3002<\/p>\n<p>5. \u96e2\u5fc3\u5f8c\uff0c\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u6a23\u672c\/\u4ecb\u8cea\u754c\u9762\u8655\u5f62\u6210\u660e\u986f\u7684\u689d\u5e36\uff0c\u5982\u5716\u6240\u793a\u3002\u6700\u597d\u4f7f\u7528\u5df4\u65af\u5fb7\u79fb\u6db2\u7ba1\u5f9e\u754c\u9762\u4e0a\u53bb\u9664\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53bb\u9664\u4e0a\u5c64\u3002<\/p>\n<p>6. \u4ee5 0.9% NaCl \u6216\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7a00\u91cb\u6536\u7a6b\u7684\u7d1a\u5206\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u6eb6\u6db2\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5 250 x g \u96e2\u5fc3 10 \u5206\u9418\u6c89\u6fb1\u7d30\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><a
