Hoechst 33342\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u96d9\u82ef\u7532\u4e9e\u80faH 33342(bis Benzimide H 33342)\u6216HOE 33342(HOE 33342)\uff0cDAPI\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u5f0f\u70baC27H28N6O\u20223HCl\u20223H2O\uff0c\u5206\u5b50\u91cf616.0\uff0cCAS\u865f881691-13-0\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u5d4c\u5165\u7684\u4eae\u85cd\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u3002\u67d3\u6599\u5728\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u87a2\u5149\u8f03\u5f31\uff0c\u4f46\u8207\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2dDNA\u591a\u805aAT\u5e8f\u5217\u5bcc\u96c6\u5340\u51f9\u69fd\u4e2d\u7684DNA\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u660e\u4eae\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6b64\u985e\u67d3\u6599\u4e5f\u7a31\u70baDNA\u63a2\u91dd\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u80cc\u666f\u67d3\u8272\u4f4e\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6d17\u6ecc\uff0c\u67d3\u8272\u975e\u5e38\u7a69\u5b9a\uff0c\u5c0d\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u7121\u6bd2\uff0c\u8207DNA\u67d3\u8272\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\u87a2\u5149\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6578\u5929\u6216\u66f4\u9577\u6642\u9593\u3002 Hoechst33342 \u7684\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u4f4e\u65bc Hoechst 33258\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u67d3\u6599\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u901a\u900f\u6027\uff0c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u67d3\u8272\u5f8c\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u6216\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u82e5\u70ba\u8cbc\u58c1\u7d30\u80de\uff0896\u5b54\u677f\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u5b54\u4f7f\u7528100 \u03bcL\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\uff0c\u8a08\u7b97\u67d3\u8272\u6db2\u6fc3\u5ea6\u70ba5 \u03bcg\/\u6beb\u5347\u3002 10 mg \u67d3\u8272\u6db2\u53ef\u7528\u65bc 20,000 \u500b\u5b54\u3002<\/p>\n
