\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u764c\u75c7(cancer)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u3001\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u5b78(endocrinology)\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u5b78(immunology)\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78(neuroscience)\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u9176(proteases)\u3001\u548c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7d93\u904e\u5168\u7a0b\u54c1\u8cea\u7ba1\u5236\uff0c\u54c1\u8cea\u56b4\u683c\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5c0d\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u3001\u7d14\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u5167\u6bd2\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u4f4e\u3001\u9ad8\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u6709\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002 OPG\uff08C-Fc\uff09\uff0c\u91cd\u7d44\u4eba sRANKL \u7531 175 \u500b\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5728\u9084\u539f\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4ee5 SDS-PAGE \u4f30\u8a08\uff0c\u5176\u9077\u79fb\u8868\u89c0\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u70ba 19 kDa\u3002\u88fd\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5:\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u3002SDS-PAGE \u6e2c\u5b9a\u7d14\u5ea6 \u2265 98
