interleukin)\u3001\u8da8\u5316\u56e0\u5b50(chemokines)\u3001\u96c6\u843d\u523a\u6fc0\u56e0\u5b50(colony-stimulating factors, CSF)\u3001\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20(interferon)\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f49\u5316\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50(transforming growth factor , TGF) \u548c\u816b\u7624\u58de\u6b7b\u56e0\u5b50(tumor necrosis factor , TNF) \u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u764c\u75c7(cancer)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u3001\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u5b78(endocrinology)\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u5b78(immunology)\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78(neuroscience)\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u9176(proteases)\u3001\u548c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7d93\u904e\u5168\u7a0b\u54c1\u8cea\u7ba1\u5236\uff0c\u54c1\u8cea\u56b4\u683c\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5c0d\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u3001\u7d14\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u5167\u6bd2\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u4f4e\u3001\u9ad8\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u6709\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002 )\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u5b58\u6d3b\u6d3b\u6027(cell survival activities)\uff0c\u4e26\u53c3\u8207\u591a\u7a2e\u751f\u7269\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u80da\u80ce\u767c\u80b2( embryonic development)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u9577(cell growth)\u3001\u5f62\u614b\u767c\u751f(morphogenesis)\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u4fee\u5fa9(tissue repair)\u3001\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577(tumor growth)\u548c\u4fb5\u8972(invasion)\u3002 FGF \u900f\u904e\u56db\u500b FGF \u53d7\u9ad4\u5bb6\u65cf\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7d50\u5408\u5f88\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u9700\u8981 FGF \u5206\u5b50\u8207 FGF \u53d7\u9ad4\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u809d\u7d20\u7d50\u5408\u7d50\u69cb\u57df\u8207\u809d\u7d20\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u5167\u5206\u6ccc FGF \u5206\u9418\u3002\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc100
