href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/ethidium-homodimer-i-also-known-as-ethd-1-or-etdi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ethidium Homodimer I<\/a>\u662f \u7898\u5316\u4e19\u5576 (Propidium Iodide, PI) \u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\uff1bEthD-I \u7684\u9ad8\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u5141\u8a31\u4f7f\u7528\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u67d3\u6599\u6fc3\u5ea6\u548c\u514d\u6d17\u67d3\u8272\u3002Biotium \u958b\u767c\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/ethidium-homodimer-iii-ethd-iii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ethidium Homodimer III<\/a>\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba EthD-I \u7684\u512a\u8cea\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8b5c\u548c\u767c\u5c04\u5149\u8b5c\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u4f46 EthD-III \u7684\u4eae\u5ea6\u9ad8\u51fa 45%\u3002Biotium \u9084\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u4ed6\u984f\u8272\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u76ca\u7279\u6027\u7684\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u8272\u5291\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/live-or-dye-nucfix-red-staining-kit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Live-or-Dye NucFix\u2122 Red<\/a>\uff0c\u5b83\u8207 PI \u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u8272\u5291\u3002\u770b\u770b\u6211\u5011\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/technology\/cellular-stains\/cellular-stains-comparison-guides\/#dead-cell-apoptosis\">\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u6599\u9078\u64c7\u6307\u5357<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/technology\/microbiology\/cellular-stains-table\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u6599\u8868<\/a>\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u95dc PI \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u7279\u7570\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u5291\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/technology\/cellular-stains\/#nucleus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u9032\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u4e26\u8207DNA\u548cRNA\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\uff0cPI\u7684\u87a2\u5149\u589e\u5f3720\u81f330\u500d\u3002\u7898\u5316\u4e19\u5576 (Propidium Iodide, PI) \u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853\u548c\u7192\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u3002\u7898\u5316\u4e19\u5576 (Propidium Iodide, PI) \u9084\u7528\u4f5c\u591a\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u6210\u50cf\u4e2d\u7684\u8907\u67d3\u5291\uff0c\u4f46\u6838\u7279\u7570\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u9700\u8981\u6d88\u5316\u7d30\u80de RNA\u3002After entering cells and binding to DNA and RNA, the fluorescence of PI is enhanced 20- to 30-fold. PI can be used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. PI is also utilized as a counterstain in multicolor fluorescent imaging, but nuclear-specific staining requires digestion of cellular RNA.<\/p>\n<p>Biotium \u9084\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u4ed6\u984f\u8272\u548c\u5177\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u76ca\u7279\u6027\u7684\u5176\u4ed6<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/technology\/cellular-stains\/cellular-stains-comparison-guides\/#live-cell-stains-comparison\">\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u7279\u7570\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u5291\u3002<\/a>\u4f8b\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/nucspot-live-cell-nuclear-stains\/\">NucSpot\u00ae \u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u67d3\u8272\u5291\uff0c<\/a>\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u53ef\u6ef2\u900f\u7684 DNA \u67d3\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7279\u7570\u6027\u5730\u5c0d\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u56fa\u5b9a\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u9032\u884c\u67d3\u8272\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5c0d DNA \u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u6d17\u6ecc\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5c0d\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u6210\u50cf\u5177\u6709\u4f4e\u6bd2\u6027\u3002\u53e6\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u6211\u5011\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/nucspot-nuclear-stains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NucSpot\u00ae \u6838\u67d3\u8272\u5291<\/a>\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u660e\u4eae\u4e14\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7684\u6838\u8907\u67d3\uff0c\u5f9e\u7da0\u8272\u5230\u8fd1\u7d05\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6aa2\u6e2c<\/h3>\n<p>Biotium \u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u7a2e\u7528\u65bc\u9176\u6a19\u5100\u3001\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6216\u7192\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u3002\u7898\u5316\u4e19\u5576 (Propidium Iodide, PI) \u548c CF\u00ae488A-Annexin V \u4f5c\u70ba<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/cf488a-annexin-v-and-pi-apoptosis-kit\/\">\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u76d2<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u7528\u7da0\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u5c0d\u51cb\u4ea1\u7d30\u80de\u9032\u884c\u67d3\u8272\uff0c\u7528\u7d05\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u5c0d\u58de\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u9032\u884c\u67d3\u8272\u3002\u591a\u7a2e\u7d44\u5408\u6d3b\u529b\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u7684 Ethd-III \u7d44\u4ef6\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u540c\u4e00\u7fa4\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6211\u5011\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\/\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u548c\u7d30\u83cc\u6d3b\u529b<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/viabilitycytotoxicity-assay-kit-for-animal-live-dead-cells\/\">\/<\/a>\u7d30\u80de<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/product\/viabilitycytotoxicity-assay-kit-for-bacteria-live-and-dead-cells\/\">\u6bd2\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2<\/a>\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/biotium.com\/technology\/cell-viability-apoptosis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u95dc\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684<\/a>\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<table class=\"shop_attributes\">\n<tbody>\n<tr class=\"\">\n<th>Probe cellular localization<\/th>\n<td>Nucleus &amp;
