form)\uff08\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u9593\u63a5\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\uff09\uff0c\u6216\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u8461\u8404\u91a3\u919b\u9178\u7d50\u5408\u5f62\u5f0f(soluble glucuronide conjugated form)\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\uff08\u4e5f\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\uff09\u3002\u7d50\u5408\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20( Conjugated bilirubin)\u9032\u5165\u809d\u81df\u7684\u81bd\u5c0f\u7ba1(bile canaliculi )\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u9032\u5165\u81bd\u56ca(gall bladder)\u3002\u7576\u53d7\u5230\u9032\u98df\u523a\u6fc0\u6642\uff0c\u81bd\u6c41\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7d50\u5408\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\uff09\u88ab\u6392\u6cc4\u5230\u5c0f\u8178\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u88e1\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin )\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5c3f\u81bd\u7d20\u539f(urobilinogen)\u3002\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin \u4e00\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u7576\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u6cc1\u6642\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin \u6c34\u5e73\u5347\u9ad8\u904e\u591a\u7684\u8840\u7d05\u86cb\u767d\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u6216\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin) \u7684\u53bb\u9664\u529f\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u767c\u63ee\u3002\u7a4d\u7d2f\u9ad4\u5167\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin )\u904e\u591a\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u9ec3\u75b8\u3002\u7c21\u55ae\u4e14\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u7684\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\u5b9a\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9818\u57df\u5f97\u5230\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\uff1a\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u767c\u73fe\u3002\u6e2c\u5b9a\u539f\u7406(Principle of the Assay) \u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u8a2d\u8a08\u7528\u65bc\u6e2c\u91cf 96 \u5b54\u6216\u6bd4\u8272\u76bf\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u7684\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin )\u3002\u6539\u9032\u7684 Jendrassik-Grof \u65b9\u6cd5\u5229\u7528\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin )\u8207\u91cd\u6c2e\u5316\u78fa\u80fa\u9178(diazotized sulfanilic acid)\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7d05\u8272\u5f62\u6210\u6709\u8272\u7522\u7269\u3002\u5728 510-550 nm \u8655\u6e2c\u91cf\u7684\u984f\u8272\u5f37\u5ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e96\u78ba\u6e2c\u91cf\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u7684\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20(bilirubin
