membranes)\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u3002 ion\u548cphero\u9019\u5169\u500b\u8a5e\u6e90\u81ea\u5e0c\u81d8\u8a9e\u201c\u53bb\u201d\u548c\u201c\u651c\u5e36\u201d\u3002\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u7684\u5b57\u9762\u610f\u601d\u662f\u96fb\u8377\u8f09\u9ad4\u3002\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u6539\u8b8a\u96fb\u5316\u5b78\u68af\u5ea6( electrochemical gradient)\u4e26\u6539\u8b8a\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u751f\u7406\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6c27\u5316\u78f7\u9178\u5316(oxidative phosphorylation)\u3001\u6ef2\u900f\u5e73\u8861( osmotic balance)\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u50b3\u905e(neurotransmission)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e(cell signaling)\u3001\u6fc0\u7d20\u4f5c\u7528(hormone action)\u7b49\u3002\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4(Ionophores)\u5177\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u773e\u6240\u5468\u77e5\u7684\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4(Ionophores)\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5305\u62ec<span Monactin<\/span>\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u901a\u904e\u6539\u8b8a\u96e2\u5b50\u68af\u5ea6\u6bba\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u7e88\u6c28\u9ef4\u7d20( Valinomycin )\u5c08\u9580\u8f49\u904b\u9240\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u8f49\u904b\u55ae\u50f9\u967d\u96e2\u5b50\uff0c\u5982\u9209\u3001\u9240\u3001\u6c2b\u548c\u92a8\u96e2\u5b50\u3002\u77ed\u687f\u83cc\u80bd\u7528\u4f5c\u5c40\u90e8\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u4e26\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u773c\u85e5\u6db2(ophthalmic solutions)\u4e2d\u3002\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4(Ionophores)\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u5bb6\u79bd\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u7531\u5bc4\u751f\u87f2\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u7403\u87f2\u75c5\u3002\u83ab\u80fd\u83cc\u7d20(Monensin)\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u7403\u87f2\u75c5(coccidiosis)\u7684\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u9084\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6a23\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6297\u764c\u6d3b\u6027\u3002 Salinomycin\u3001Nigericin \u548c Lasolocid \u7b49\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u5df2\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u764c\u75c7\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u4e26\u6b63\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u7528\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u96e2\u5b50\u50b3\u8f38\u548c\u6539\u8b8a\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u5177\u3002 Ionomycin \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u9223\u6d41\u3002 Carbonyl Cyanide m-Chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6c2b\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c0e\u81f4\u8cea\u5b50\u68af\u5ea6\u89e3\u5076\u806f\u3002 CCCP \u7528\u65bc\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u819c\u96fb\u4f4d\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002 Ionomycin \u548c Monensin \u6df7\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u8a98\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7522\u751f\u4e26\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u8f49\u904b\u3002<a \u7a7f\u904e\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u3002\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20\u9223\u9e7d(Ionomycin calcium salt)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4\u3002\u5728\u57f9\u990a\u7684chicken pectoralis muscle\u4e2d\uff0cionomycin (10-6-10-5 M) \u9078\u64c7\u6027\u5730\u589e\u52a0\u86cb\u6c28\u9178\u647b\u5165\u5169\u7a2e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002 Ionomycin \u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u5916 Ca2+ \u7684\u6d41\u5165\u4e26\u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u8cea(cytoplasm)\u4e2d Ca2+ \u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u8abf\u7bc0\u808c\u8089\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u5408\u6210 [2]\u3002\u5728\u5927\u9f20\u816e\u817a\u4e2d\uff0cionomycin \u589e\u52a0 86Rb \u5916\u6392\u300122Na \u651d\u53d6\u548c 3H-\u86cb\u767d\u5206\u6ccc\uff0c\u9019\u4f9d\u8cf4\u65bc\u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u6eb6\u8cea Ca2+\u3002\u5728\u816e\u817a\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20(ionomycin)\u91cb\u653e\u53d7\u9ad4\u8abf\u7bc0\u7684\u7d30\u80de Ca2+ \u5eab [3]\u3002\u5728\u4eba\u8180\u80f1\u764c\u7d30\u80de HT1376( human bladder cancer cells , HT1376)\u4e2d\uff0c\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20( ionomycin)\u4ee5\u6642\u9593\u548c\u5291\u91cf\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u65b9\u5f0f\u986f\u8457\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u8a98\u5c0e\u51cb\u4ea1 DNA \u964d\u89e3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20( ionomycin)\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86 Bcl-2 \u8207 Bax mRNA \u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u6bd4\u7387 [4]\u3002\u5728\u651c\u5e36 HT1376 \u816b\u7624\u7684\u7121\u80f8\u817a\u88f8\u9f20(athymic nude mice )\u4e2d\uff0c\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20\u986f\u8457\u6291\u5236\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u81f4\u7624\u6027( tumorigenicity) [4]\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96e2\u5b50\u9ef4\u7d20( ionomycin )\u4ee5\u5291\u91cf\u548c\u6642\u9593\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u65b9\u5f0f\u6291\u5236 HT1376 \u7d30\u80de\u7684\u9ad4\u5916\u751f\u9577\u901f\u7387\u3002\u5728\u7528 10 \u03bcg\/ml ionomycin \u9023\u7e8c\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728 HT1376 \u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u7279\u5fb5\u6027\u7684\u51cb\u4ea1 DNA \u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca Bcl-2 \u8207 Bax mRNA
