Preparation of Transfection reagent\/siRNA complex:<\/p>\n<p>(1) siRNA-Opti-MEM: Add 25 \u03bcL Opti-MEM or other serum-free, antibiotic-free cell medium to a 1.5 mL sterile RNase-freeEPtube, then add 1 \u03bcL 20 \u03bcM siRNA storage solutionto the tube (As an example, 20 pmol siRNA was transfected ineachwell of24-well plate, refer to Table 2), gently mix with a pipette.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Transfection reagent-Opti-MEM: Add 25 \u03bcL Opti-MEM or other serum-free, antibiotic-free cell mediumto another 1.5mLsterileRNase-free EP tube, then add 1.2 \u03bcL Transfection reagent to the tube (0.4-1 \u03bcL\/10 pmol siRNA, 0.6 \u03bcL\/10 pmol siRNAisrecommended), gently mix with a pipette.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Add the Transfection reagent-Opti-MEM to siRNA-Opti-MEM, gently mix with a pipette, after standing at roomtemperaturefor10-15 min, it can be used for transfection.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2023\/06\/4-SuperKine%E2%84%A2-Lipo3.0%E9%AB%98%E6%95%88%E8%BD%89%E6%9F%93%E8%A9%A6%E5%8A%91-Lipo3.0-Efficient-Transfection-Reagent-Abbkine%E8%B2%A8%E8%99%9FBMU111-EN.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5.
