CD27 Recombinant Protein<\/p>\n

CD27 (TNFRSF7) \u662f TNF \u53d7\u9ad4\u8d85\u5bb6\u65cf (TNF receptor superfamily , TNFRSF) \u7684\u8de8\u819c\u86cb\u767d(transmemebrane protein)\u3002\u5b83\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u6dcb\u5df4\u6a23\u7d30\u80de, \u4e5f\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u9020\u8840\u524d\u9ad4\u7d30\u80de(early hematopoietic precursor cells\uff09\u4e0a\u8868\u9054\u3002 CD27 \u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u8a18\u61b6 B \u7d30\u80de(memory B cells)\u7684\u8868\u578b\u6a19\u8a18(phenotypic marker)\uff0c\u4e5f\u7528\u65bc\u8b58\u5225 B \u8abf\u7bc0 (Breg) \u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5b83\u5728na\u00efve CD4 \u548c CD8 T \u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u7d44\u6210\u578b\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5176\u8868\u9054\u5728 T \u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u5f8c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e0a\u8abf\u3002 CD27 \u662f T \u7d30\u80de\u555f\u52d5\u7684\u5169\u500b\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u53d7\u9ad4\u4e4b\u4e00\uff08\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u662f CD28\uff09\u3002 CD28 \u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u4fe1\u865f\u4e3b\u8981\u89f8\u767c\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96(cell proliferation)\uff0c\u800c CD27 \u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u4fe1\u865f\u4e3b\u8981\u4fc3\u9032\u7d30\u80de\u5b58\u6d3b\u548c\u5206\u5316\u3002\u5728\u8207\u5176\u914d\u9ad4 CD70 \u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\uff0cCD27 \u901a\u904e TNFR \u76f8\u95dc\u56e0\u5b50 (TRAF) \u6fc0\u6d3b NF-\u03baB \u548c JNK \u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\uff0cTNFR \u662f\u8207 CD27 \u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u5c3e\u57df\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u929c\u63a5\u5206\u5b50\u3002\u6d3b\u5316\u5f8c\uff0cCD27 \u5f9e\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u812b\u843d\uff0c\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027 CD27 \u7528\u4f5c T \u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269( T cell activation)\u3002<\/p>\n
