transcription)\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u65bc TaqMan \u63a2\u91dd\u7684\u5be6\u6642 qPCR \u64f4\u589e\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4fbf\u5229\u3002\u5c08\u6709\u7684 RT-qPCR
