font-size: 12pt;\">CheKine\u2122 Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Detection Assay Kit (Fluorometric)\u00a010 mM\u00a0 50\u500b\u53cd\u61c9(\u00a010mM, 50ul)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\/100\u500b\u53cd\u61c9 (10mM, 100ul)\u00a0 (\u4ee56well, 1ml\u9ad4\u7a4d\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u53cd\u61c9)<\/p>\n<p>\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\uff08Reactive oxygen species, ROS\uff09\u662f\u751f\u7269\u6b63\u5e38\u6709\u6c27\u4ee3\u8b1d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e4b\u526f\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e(cell signaling)\u548c\u9ad4\u5167\u5e73\u8861(vivo balance)\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u5728\u66b4\u9732\u65bc\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u6216\u71b1\u6e90\u4e0b\uff0cROS\u7684\u91cf\u6703\u6025\u5287\u589e\u591a\u3002\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u9020\u6210\u660e\u986f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u69cb\u4e4b\u640d\u58de\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u986f\u73fe\uff0c\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u3002\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u76f8\u95dc\u72c0\u614b(oxidative stress correlation state)\u4e0b\uff0cROS\u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u4e0d\u65b7\u7522\u751f\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\uff08ROS\uff09\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u662f\u6240\u6709\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u7684ROS\u5728\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u9014\u5f91\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u4e0bROS\u6d3b\u6027\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5c0d\u6838\u9178\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u548c\u819c\u8102\u7684\u7834\u58de\u3002 ROS\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\u4e5f\u8207\u8870\u8001\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6216\u58de\u6b7b\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u75c5\u7406\u72c0\u614b\u6709\u95dc\uff0cROS\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\u5c07\u56b4\u91cd\u7834\u58de\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u69cb(cell structure)\u3002 \u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0(Oxidative stress)\u5728\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5(cardiovascular disease)\uff0c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5(diabetes)\uff0c\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06(osteoporosis)\uff0c\u4e2d\u98a8(stroke)\uff0c\u708e\u6027\u75be\u75c5(inflammatory disease)\u4ee5\u53ca\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5(neurodegenerative diseases)\u548c\u764c\u75c7(cancer)\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u8d77\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 ROS\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u78ba\u5b9a\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0(oxidative stress)\u5982\u4f55\u8abf\u7bc0\u5404\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u9014\u5f91(intracellular pathways)\u3002 ROS\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u6027\u88ab\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\uff0c\u591a\u7a2e\u4fee\u5fa9\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u53d7\u640dDNA\u7684\u66ff\u63db\u6240\u62b5\u6d88\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Preparation of ROS probe: DCFH-DA is diluted with serum-free medium and the final concentration is 10 \u03bcM.\u00a0(\u00a010mM, 50ul\/100ul)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;
