SDS-PAGE Protein Sample Loading Buffer (5\u00d7) was dissolved at room temperature or no more than 37\u2103 water bath, then was stored immediately at room temperature to avoid being placed in the water bath for a long time. 2. According to the ratio of adding 1 \u00b5L SDS-PAGE Protein Sample Loading Buffer (5\u00d7) to every 4 \u00b5L protein sample, mix the protein sample and SDS-PAGE Protein Sample Loading Buffer (5\u00d7). 3. Heat at boiling water bath for 5-10 min to fully denature the protein. After cooling to room temperature, load the sample directly into the sample hole of the SDS-PAGE gel. 4. Electrophoresis is usually stopped until the blue dye reaches near the bottom end of the gel.<\/p>\n<p>1.
