I\uff09\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u6548\u7387\u8f03\u4f4e\u3002\u7528\u5f37\u529b\u9ef4\u7d20\u8655\u7406\u7d30\u80de\u4ee5\u8a98\u5c0e Cas9 \u8868\u9054\uff0c\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684 Scr7 \u8655\u7406 24 \u5c0f\u6642\u3002 Scr7 \u7dad\u6301\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u5920\u9032\u5165 S\/G2 \u671f\uff0c\u9019\u662f HDR \u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684 [1]\u3002\u7528 Scr7 \u6cbb\u7642\u5c0f\u9f20\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u767c\u80b2\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba DNA \u9023\u63a5\u9176 IV(DNA ligase IV) \u5728\u901a\u904e C-NHEJ16 \u9032\u884c V(D)J \u91cd\u7d44\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7de8\u78bc\u672b\u7aef\u7684\u9023\u63a5\u4e2d\u8d77\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7531\u65bc Scr7 \u7684\u975e\u5171\u50f9\u7d50\u5408\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0cScr7
