H4\uff09\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u67d3\u8272\u8cea(chromatin)\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u7279\u5b9a\u5316\u5b78\u57fa\u5718\u7684\u6dfb\u52a0\u548c\u53bb\u9664\u7a31\u70ba\u8868\u89c0\u907a\u50b3\u6a19\u8a18(epigenetic marks)\uff0c\u5b83\u8abf\u7bc0\u67d3\u8272\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u4e26\u5f71\u97ff\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cRNA \u8207\u6291\u5236\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u8cea\u72c0\u614b(repressive processes)\u548c\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u812b\u4e59\u91af\u9176(protein deacetylases)\u3002\u767d\u85dc\u8606\u9187\u53ef\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4eba\u985e Sirt1 \u4e26\u6291\u5236 Sirt3\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u4ee5\u6a21\u64ec\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u9650\u5236\u6548\u61c9(mimic calorie restriction)\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u4f4e\u7b49\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\u5ef6\u9577\u58fd\u547d\u3002\u9ad4\u5916(In vitro)\uff1a\u5728\u5148\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528 4&#8242;-\u6eb4\u767d\u85dc\u8606\u9187(4\u2019-bromo-Resveratrol)\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u53bb\u4e59\u9170\u5316\u9176\u8abf\u7bc0\u3002 \u00a04&#8242;-\u6eb4\u767d\u85dc\u8606\u9187(4\u2019-bromo-Resveratrol)\u6291\u5236 Sirt3 \u7684\u6548\u529b\u6bd4\u767d\u85dc\u8606\u9187\u9ad8\u5f97\u591a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5b83\u9084\u6291\u5236\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6fc0\u6d3b Sirt1\u3002\u4eba Sirt3\/4&#8242;-\u6eb4\u767d\u85dc\u8606\u9187\u80bd\u8907\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6676\u9ad4\u7d50\u69cb\u78ba\u5b9a\u4e86\u5169\u500b\u7d50\u5408\u4f4d\u9ede\u3002\u5167\u90e8\u4f4d\u9ede\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u3002
