factor)\u7b49\u3002\u5927\u7d04\u57281984\u5e74\u81f31985\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u8b49\u5be6IL-1\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u7531\u5169\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u7a31\u70baIL-1\u03b1\u548cIL-1\u03b2\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u5c6c\u65bc\u7a31\u70ba\u767d\u7d30\u80de\u4ecb\u7d201\u8d85\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u5bb6\u65cf\u3002 IL-1\u03b2\u7531\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(macrophages)\uff0c\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocytes)\u548c\u6a39\u7a81\u72c0\u7d30\u80de(dendritic cells)\u7522\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IFN-\u03b3\uff08IFN-gamma, \u5e72\u64fe\u7d20-\u03b3\uff09\u662f\u4fc3\u708e(proinflammatory)\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50(cytokine)\u7684\u539f\u578b(prototype)\uff0c\u7531\u591a\u7a2e\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de(immune cells)\u5728\u708e\u6027(inflammatory)\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u7531T\u7d30\u80de(T cells)\u548cNK\u7d30\u80de(NK
