\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20-\u03b3\uff09\u662f\u4fc3\u708e(proinflammatory)\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50(cytokine)\u7684\u539f\u578b(prototype)\uff0c\u7531\u591a\u7a2e\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de(immune (Interleukin 17, IL17)<\/p>\n<p>IL-17\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u78bc( IL-17 gene)\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u662f\u7531\u6d3b\u5316\u7684T\u7d30\u80de(activated T cells)\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u4fc3\u767c\u708e\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u3002\u6b64\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u8abf\u7bc0 NF-\u03baB \u548c\u7d72\u88c2\u539f\u6d3b\u5316\u86cb\u767d\u6fc0\u9176(mitogen-activated protein kinases)\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20(cytokine )\u53ef\u4ee5\u523a\u6fc0 IL6 \u548c\u74b0\u6c27\u5408\u9176-2 (cyclooxygenase-2, PTGS2\/COX-2) \u7684\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u4e26\u589e\u5f37\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e (nitric oxide, NO)
