HA \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u786b\u9178\u5316(nonsulfated glycosaminoglycan)\u7684\u7cd6\u80fa\u805a\u91a3\uff0c\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea(extracellular matrix)\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\u3002\u5b83\u53c3\u8207\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7269\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d50\u69cb\u652f\u6301(structural support)\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u9077\u79fb(cell \u5b54\u677f\u7684\u5b54\u4e2d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6a23\u54c1\u5177\u6709\u4efb\u4f55 HYAL \u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5b83\u5c07\u8207\u677f\u4e0a\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7d20-HA \u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6d17\u6ecc\u5f8c\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u6e38\u96e2\u751f\u7269\u7d20-HA \u4f4d\u9ede\u5c07\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u4f7f\u7528\u5728 OD 450 nm \u8655\u6e2c\u91cf\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u93c8\u9ef4\u89aa\u548c\u7d20\u63a2\u91dd\u6aa2\u6e2c\u751f\u7269\u7d20-HA\u3002\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u4fe1\u865f\u8207\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684 HYAL
