Micro-Spectrophotometer<\/p>\n<p>Nano-400A\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u7121\u9808\u914d\u5099\u96fb\u8166\uff0c\u5177\u89f8\u63a7\u87a2\u5e55\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u6ce2\u9577\uff08\u56fa\u5b9a\u6ce2\u9577260nm\uff0c280nm\uff09\u4e4b\u8d85\u5fae\u91cf\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u8a08\u3002\u53ef\u5728260nm\u8655\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6838\u9178\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528260\/280\u6bd4\u7387\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e2c\u91cf\u6838\u9178\u7d14\u5ea6\u3002\u5728280nm\u8655\u6aa2\u6e2c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff1b\u50c5\u97001-2ul\u6a23\u54c1\u91cf\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u6e96\u78ba\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6838\u9178\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002Nano-400A \u540c\u6642\u5177OD600\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u8272\u7ba1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u83cc\uff08OD600\uff09\u3001\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7b49\u57f9\u990a\u6db2\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0cOD600\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u7bc4\u570d\u9054\u52300~4.000
