2019-nCoV\uff09\u6216\u4eba\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd22019\uff08HCoV-19\u6216hCoV-19\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u5c0e\u81f42019\u5e74\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u75c5\uff08COVID\uff09\u7684\u539f\u56e0-19\uff09\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u7a2eRNA\u75c5\u6bd2(RNA virus)\uff0c\u53ef\u5f15\u8d77\u4eba\u985e\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053\u75be\u75c5(severe respiratory diseases)\u3002 SARS-CoV-2\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5305\u542b\u56db\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u7d50\u69cb\u86cb\u767d(structural proteins)\uff0c\u5373\u523a\u7a81\uff08Spike , S\uff09\uff0c\u819c\uff08Membrane , M\uff09\uff0cEnvelope\uff08E\uff09\u548c\u6838\u6bbc\u86cb\u767d\uff08Envelope , N\uff09\u3002\u7a57\u86cb\u767d(Envelope)\u4f4d\u65bc\u75c5\u6bd2\u9ad4\u7684\u5916\u6bbc\u4e0a\u4e26\u4ecb\u5c0e\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u8a98\u5c0e\u4e2d\u548c\u6297\u9ad4(neutralizing monocytes)\u6216\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(macrophages)\u3002\u53d7\u9ad4\u8b58\u5225(receptor recognition)\u6b65\u9a5f\u662f<strong>\u75c5<\/strong>\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u6027(viral infectivity)\uff0c\u767c\u75c5\u6a5f\u7406(pathogenesis)\u548c\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7bc4\u570d(host
