DNA)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Abmgood\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5e8f\u5217\u9a57\u8b49\u958b\u653e\u95b1\u8b80\u6846\uff08ORF\uff09\u5eab\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4eba(human)\uff0c\u5c0f\u9f20(mouse)\u548c\u5927\u9f20(rat)\uff0c\u53efinsertion\u81f3\u60a8\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u8868\u9054\u7cfb\u7d71(protein expression systems.)\u3002\u53bb\u96645&#8217;UTR\u548c3&#8217;UTR\uff0cORF\u63d2\u5165\u517c\u5bb9\u7684\u8868\u9054\u8f09\u9ad4(compatible expression vector) \u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u967d\u6027\u5c0d\u7167(positive cut
