Add plasmid DNA 1.0\u00a0\u03bcg\/well and mix by gentle pipetting.<\/h5>\n<h5>3. Add T-Pro NTR I or II 1.0~4.0 \u03bcl\/well and mix by gentle pipetting.<\/h5>\n<h5>4. Incubate the mixture of\u00a0DNA and T-Pro NTR I or II or III solution\u00a0at room temperature for\u00a015\u00a0minutes.<\/h5>\n<h5>5. Add\u00a0DNA\/ T-Pro NTR I or II or III\u00a0mixture to cells in each well and mix by gentle and\u00a0shaking plate.
