It binds to the fusion loop at the extremity of domain II of protein E.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/absoluteantibody.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG00026Ab00230-23.0IFfull.png\" alt=\"Binding Curve\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Detection of Zika virus by immunofluorescence using Ab00230\u00a0<\/b>Immunofluorescence images of Vero cells infected with ZIKV after 30h infection as well as controls. Cells were fixed in 4% PFA for 30 min at RT. Anti-flavivirus antibody (Ab00230-2.0) added to plate in a 3-fold serial dilution starting at 1000 ng\/ml.
