Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with the following conditions.<\/strong>\u00a0The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X series medium available at\u00a0<strong>abm<\/strong>, Cat. No.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abmgood.com\/StemCell\/dispOne-CellCulture.php?csn=57&amp;ssn=0&amp;dsn=0&amp;catno=TM104\">TM104<\/a>. Cells must be grown on gelatin coated plates. Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) is available at\u00a0<strong>abm<\/strong>, TM063. Cells can only propagate for a maximum of 2 passages at split ratio of 1:2.
