\u4e00\u8d77\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u6a19\u5b9a\u9175\u7d20\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u7269\u8cea\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u4e8c\u6297\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u591a\u7a2e\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982ELISA\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u5370\u8de1(Immunoblotting)\u3001\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100(Flow AP\uff09\u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8272\u548c\u5316\u5b78\u767c\u5149\u5e73\u53f0\u5728ELISA\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5370\u8de1\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u662f\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u3002\u87a2\u5149\u86cb\u767d\u8af8\u5982\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\uff08fluorescein , FITC\uff09\uff0c\u85fb\u7d05\u86cb\u767d\uff08phycoerythrin , PE\uff09\u548c\u82b1\u9752\uff08cyanine ,
