\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>BioVision\u7684TurboNuclease\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u91cd\u7d44\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684Serratia macescens\u7c98\u8cea\u6c99\u96f7\u6c0f\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u6838\u9178\u5167\u5207\u9176\uff08\u7531Benzonase\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u78bc\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5c08\u6709\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u4e2d\u751f\u6210\u3002 \u8a72\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u5167\u5207\u6838\u9178\u9176\u5c07\u55ae\u934a\u548c\u96d9\u93c8\u6838\u9178\uff08DNA\u548cRNA\uff09\u6c34\u89e3\u70ba\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba1-4\u500b\u9e7c\u57fa\u76845′-\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u5be1\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u3002 TurboNuclease\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7d14\u5316\u768427kDa\u4e9e\u57fa\u540c\u578b\u4e8c\u805a\u9ad4\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u9ad8\u6bd4\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4e0d\u542b\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002 \u5728\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d14\u5316\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u88fd\u5099\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u6838\u9178\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u7c98\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u7531 Abcam \u65d7\u4e0b\u516c\u53f8 BioVision \u751f\u7522\u3002ab286000 \u662f Serratia macescens \u80de\u5916\u6838\u9178\u5167\u5207\u9176\u7684\u91cd\u7d44\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u7531Benzonase \u7684\u76f8\u540c\u57fa\u56e0\uff09\u4f7f\u7528\u5c08\u6709\u5de5\u85dd\u5728\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6838\u9178\u5167\u5207\u9176\u5c07\u55ae\u934a\u548c\u96d9\u93c8\u6838\u9178\uff08DNA \u548c RNA\uff09\u6c34\u89e3\u70ba 5′-\u9577\u5ea6\u70ba 1-4 \u500b\u9e7c\u57fa\u7684\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u5be1\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7d14\u5316\u7684\u540c\u578b\u4e8c\u805a\u9ad4\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u7570\u5e38\u9ad8\u7684\u6bd4\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4e0d\u542b\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\uff1b\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u6838\u9178\u548c\u5728\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d14\u5316\u5728\u6a23\u54c1\u88fd\u5099\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u964d\u4f4e\u7c98\u5ea6(\u00a0viscosity)\u3002\u6253\u958b\u524d\u96e2\u5fc3\u5c0f\u74f6\u3002\u7531 LAL \u51dd\u81a0\u51dd\u584a\u6e2c\u5b9a(LAL Gel-Clot Assay)\u78ba\u5b9a< 0.25 EU\/1,000 \u55ae\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n
