(MLE-15)<\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u7e96\u6bdb\u6027\u7d30\u652f\u6c23\u7ba1\uff08Clara\uff09\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u80ba\u6ce1I\u578b\u548c\u80ba\u6ce1II\u578b\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u547c\u5438\u9053\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u3002 Similar to alveolar type II cells, MLE-15 is characterized by the presence of apical microvilli and intracellular multilamellar inclusion bodies, as well as the ability to produce surfactant proteins B and C. This cell line is useful in studying the regulation of lung epithelial genes and elucidating the complex transcriptional networks related to airway\/alveolar
