bp\u70ba\u500d\u6578\u7684\u5c0f\u7247\u6bb5\uff08360\u3001540 etc.\uff09\u3002\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u4f8b\u5982DNA laddering assay\u3001TUNEL assay\u3001\u6216Nicoletti assay\u7528\u4f86\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000; font-size: medium;\"><b>Biovision TUNEL-based In Situ DNA Fragmentation Assay Kits<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u3000\u3000TUNEL assay\uff0c\u5168\u540d\u70baTerminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) dUTP nick end labeling assay\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u53d7\u5230\u5167\u5207\u9176\u9020\u6210\u7684DNA\u65b7\u88c2\u5f8c\uff0c\u5229\u7528TdT\u50ac\u5316\u4f7fBrdUTP\u80fd\u8207\u65b7\u88c2\u8655\u4e4b3\u2019-OH\u9032\u884c\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c07\u5e36\u6709\u87a2\u5149\u6a19\u5b9a\uff08\u5982\uff1aFITC\u7b49\uff09\u7684BrdU\u6297\u9ad4\u8207BrdUTP\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u5176\u87a2\u5149\u5206\u4f48\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u3000\u3000Biovision TUNEL DNA fragmentation assay\u5206\u6790\u5957\u7d44\uff0c\u5167\u4ed8\u6709positive\u8207negative control
