\u7522\u54c1<\/strong>\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u6eb4\u812b\u6c27\u5c3f\u82f7\uff085-Bromo-2-Deoxyuridine\uff0cBrdU\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u80f8\u82f7\u7684\u985e\u4f3c\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u9031\u671f\u7684S\u671f\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u65b0\u5408\u6210\u7684DNA\u4e2d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64BrdU\u662f\u7528\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96\u5206\u6790\u548c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u5e38\u7528\u8a66\u5291 \u7684\u51cb\u4ea1\u7d30\u80de\u3002 \u647b\u5165DNA\u4e2d\u7684BrdU\u7684\u91cf\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u66b4\u9732\u65bcBrdU\u7684\u6642\u9593\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u88c2\u7684\u901f\u7387\u3002 \u647b\u5165\u7684BrdU\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u78ba\u5b9a\u7d30\u80de\u9031\u671f\u52d5\u529b\u5b78\uff0c\u5728\u5b58\u5728\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u6216\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u8a55\u4f30\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96\u4e26\u8b49\u660e\u59d0\u59b9\u67d3\u8272\u55ae\u9ad4\u4ea4\u63db\u3002 BrdU\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u7531\u878d\u5408Sp2 \/ 0\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7624\u548c\u7531\u8207KLH\u7db4\u5408\u7684BrdU\u514d\u75ab\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u878d\u5408\u7522\u751f\u7684\u96dc\u4ea4\u7624\u7522\u751f\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n
