ATP<\/strong>\u5206\u6790\u8207\u539f\u7406<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u8a66\u5291\u76d2SL\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u904e\u6e2c\u5b9a\u7e3dATP\uff08\u4e09\u78f7\u9178\u817a\u82f7\uff09\u9032\u884c\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u4e2d\u7684\u63d0\u53d6\u5291B \/ S\uff0c\u53ef\u5f9e\u5927\u591a\u6578\u985e\u578b\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u91cb\u653eATP\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7fATP\u964d\u89e3\u9176\u5931\u6d3b\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u7372\u5f97\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5916ATP\u6c34\u5e73\u61c9\u4f4e\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u6578\u91cf\u5c11\uff0cATP\u964d\u89e3\u9176\u4e0d\u6210\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7d30\u80deATP\u8a66\u5291\u76d2HTS(\u8ca8\u865f155-050)\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u53ea\u9700\u4e00\u6b65\u5373\u53ef\u9032\u884c\u6df7\u5408\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002Cell Viability Kit SL\u9700\u8981\u5169\u6b65\u53cd\u61c9: \u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u53d6\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u9032\u884c\u5149\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u6216\u7d30\u83cc\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528ATP\u751f\u7269\u91cf\u8a66\u5291\u76d2HS(\u8ca8\u865f266-311)\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167ATP\u8a66\u5291\u76d2HS(\u8ca8\u865f266-111)\u6216\u5fae\u751f\u7269ATP\u8a66\u5291\u76d2HS(\u8ca8\u865f266-311)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u8a66\u5291\u76d2SL\u53ef\u7528\u65bc10 -11 – 10 -7 mol \/ L\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684ATP\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002\u9019\u500b\u52d5\u614b\u7bc4\u570d\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u64ad\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u6578\u548c\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u90fd\u542b\u6709ATP\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u904e\u7a0b\u4e4b\u9593\u8d77\u8457\u80fd\u91cf\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7576\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u65bc\u81ea\u7136\u539f\u56e0\u6642\uff0cATP\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u964d\u89e3\u3002 ATP\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5728\u6240\u6709\u985e\u578b\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u88ab\u4ed4\u7d30\u5730\u8abf\u7bc0\u5230\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cATP\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7e3d\u9ad4\u7a4d\u7684\u826f\u597d\u4f30\u8a08\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u542b\u6709\u7d04\u6bcf\u7d30\u80de2\u00d710 -18 mol ATP\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u771f\u6838\u7d30\u80de\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u9ad4\u7a4d\u800c\u542b\u670910 -15 mol ATP\u6216\u66f4\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n
